Our policies
These policies apply to everyone who uses FLN: students who book tutoring or order support, and the experts who deliver it. The Terms of Service cover how orders, payments and accounts work. The Privacy and Cookie policies explain what data we collect and how we use it. The Refund Policy sets out when you can get your money back, and the Academic Integrity Policy explains how our work should and should not be used. Experts should also read the Expert Policy before taking on work.
What each policy covers
The terms of service set out how FLN Tutors works for students and experts, including payments, revisions and acceptable use. The privacy and cookie policies explain what personal data is collected, why, and how to have it deleted. The refund policy sets out when full and partial refunds apply.
The academic integrity policy explains how tutoring, feedback and model work should be used, and the expert policy covers how tutors are verified and what is expected of them. If anything is unclear, contact support and we will explain it.
