We share your data only with: your assigned expert (limited to order requirements), our payment processor (Stripe), and service providers under strict data processing agreements. We never share your identity with your university or educational institution.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure for legal compliance purposes. Order files are deleted 12 months after delivery.
