Questions about FLN Tutors reviews
Who can write a review of FLN Tutors?
Anyone who has studied with FLN Tutors can write a review from the Write a review page, with or without an account. Without an account you add your name and an email address, which is never shown. If you log in first and have a completed order, your review shows a "Verified order" label. Students can also rate their expert from the order page once an order is completed, and video reviews can be uploaded from the Upload a video review page.
What does "Verified order" mean on a review?
It means the reviewer was logged in and their FLN account has at least one completed order. Reviews without the label were written without an account, or from an account that doesn't show a completed order.
Are reviews checked before they appear?
Yes. Our team checks each review before it goes live, to remove spam, abuse and personal details such as phone numbers. We don't rewrite what students say. A review appears once it has been checked.
Can I add a video to my review?
Yes. Add a video to your written review, or use the Upload a video review page, which doesn't need an account. Videos can be MP4, MOV or WebM up to 100 MB; a minute or two filmed on your phone is ideal. They are stored privately and only shown on the site once our team has checked them. Some videos were sent to us directly by students, and those are marked "Video sent to FLN by the student".
Which name is shown on my review?
You choose. By default it shows your first name and the first letter of your surname, and you can change it before you submit. Your university is optional, and you see a preview of exactly how the review will look before you send it.
Can I change or remove my review later?
Yes. Contact us from the email address you used for the review and tell us which one it is, and we will remove it. You can then write a new one from the Write a review page.
