Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund if: (a) your order is not delivered by the agreed deadline, (b) the delivered work contains major inaccuracies that cannot be resolved through revision, or (c) we cannot find a suitable expert for your order.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued where: work is delivered late but still usable, requirements were partially met, or a revision request falls outside the original scope.
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available where: you change your mind after work has been started, you approve the work and later change requirements, or you request work that violates our Terms of Service.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3–5 additional business days).
