By accessing or using Freelancer Network Academy ('FLN', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
FLN provides an academic assistance marketplace connecting students with vetted academic writers. The work delivered is intended for reference and learning purposes only. Students are responsible for how they use delivered work in accordance with their institution's academic integrity policy.
3. Academic Integrity
FLN services are provided for reference, research assistance, and learning support. We do not condone academic misconduct. By using our services, you confirm that you will use delivered work in compliance with your institution's academic integrity policy.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
Work delivered through FLN is original content created for your personal use. You may not resell, distribute, or publish delivered work as your own in any commercial context.
7. Limitation of Liability
FLN's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
